The chalet is managed by friends who share a passion for hospitality and a deep love for the breathtaking nature surrounding Alta Badia. During your stay, our local collaborator is available to assist you and answer any questions or requests, drawing on her extensive knowledge of the surrounding area.

Check-in
To ensure a smooth check-in process, please kindly inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. Upon your arrival, we will be at the chalet to welcome you and assist you personally.
The chalet will be accessible from 4:00 PM and in person Check-In is possible until 8:00 PM. If the chalet is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you in advance.
We will meet you personally at the chalet to provide guidance and assistance during the check-in process.
You will be provided with both a set of keys and code that will allow you to access the chalet throughout your stay.

Check-out
The standard Check-out time is at 10:00 AM. However, if you need to check out later, we will be happy to accommodate this, depending on availability.
